Terms & Custom-Order Policy
The terms that apply to custom orders and website projects.
Last updated: [DATE]
Custom Products & Approval
Custom products are produced only after written artwork approval and required payment. Written artwork approval is required before production begins.
Color Accuracy
Colors may vary slightly between screens and physical production. We make every effort to match your design, but exact color matching across media cannot be guaranteed.
Customer-Supplied Artwork
Customer-supplied artwork must be authorized for use. You are responsible for confirming you have the right to use any logo, image, or design you provide.
Proof Responsibility
Customers are responsible for confirming spelling, sizes, quantities, dates, phone numbers, and all other proof details before approving production.
Returns & Replacements
Personalized products are not returnable unless Versatile Printing Solutions made the production error. If we make an error, contact us and we will make it right.
Rush & Same-Day Service
Rush and same-day service are subject to availability and may include additional charges. Same-day service depends on artwork readiness, material availability, payment, approval, order size, and the time the order is received.
Website Projects
Website scope, revisions, ownership, maintenance, third-party costs, and transfer procedures are defined in each written proposal. A deposit is required before website work begins, and the remaining balance is due before publication. Domain registration, premium services, third-party subscriptions, and specialized integrations may cost extra.
Pricing
All package and starting prices are labeled "starting at" and may change based on project scope. Final pricing is confirmed in your written quote.
Quote Requests
Submitting a quote request does not confirm pricing, availability, or production. Work begins only after written approval and required payment.
